Hey food eaters,
Feb dinner club is upon us -- this coming Sunday, even! Please give me the high sign if you're in.
I'm calling the menu a Beery Valentine's Dinner, which -- if you're at a loss -- means that beer will be incorporated in most, if not all, courses and will also have a very slight Valentine's day bent. We'll also have corresponding beer tastings with each course. Make sure you come hungry!
On the menu, we have:
- Pear, blue cheese, and walnut salad on winter greens with an Allagash White pomegranate vinaigrette
- Founders Red Rye Ale brown bread toasted with gruyere
- Bear Republic Big Bear Black Stout beef stew
- Lindeman's Framboise Lambic fudge and walnut brownies with JP Lick's vanilla ice cream and raspberries
